Penn Grove Retreat Grounds/Facilities Rental Application

There is a non-refundable deposit of $ ______ to reserve the requested dates.  
Final payment is to be made at the beginning of the rental date.  Please 
return contract and deposit to Penn Grove Retreat to finalize dates.  Full 
payment is to be made the day of rental.  

Operational Policy:

Penn Grove Retreat is not responsible for accidents or injuries, and reserves 
the right to prohibit any activities considered by the Camp Director or 
Advisory Committee to be dangerous, impractical or inconsistent with the Camp 
policy. 

The Camp is a non-profit religious corporation and has the following 
Rules of Conduct:

1.	No alcoholic beverages 
2.	No dancing 
3.	No tobacco products 
4.	No rock music 
5.	No profanity 
6.	No short attire & shirts must be worn. 
7.	No wearing of bathing suits other than in the pool area. 
8.	No driving or parking in grass covered areas

Rules for the use of the Pool Area:

1.	No swimming unless the certified lifeguard is on duty. 
2.	No jewelry allowed in the pool. 
3.	No diving in the shallow end of the pool 
4.	No one allowed in pool with open sores, cuts, or skin infections. 
5.	No running, pushing, or ducking in the pool area. 
6.	No urinating, spitting or blowing your nose in the pool! 
7.	No food, beverages, etc permitted in the pool area. 
8.	Only dive in the deep, 10 foot, end of the pool. 
9.	Only dive off the end of the diving board. 
10.	Only one person is permitted to be on the diving board at a time. 
11.	Only dive when the water is clear of swimmers.

(The dining hall rental includes use of the horseshoe pits, ball field, and 
hiking trails, with prior notification. Prior approval is required if you 
wish to use the swimming pool, game room, miniature golf, or other facilities 
and will result in additional fees which will be added to the rental fees.

damages to equipment and buildings. Penn Grove Retreat is not responsible for

Posted Notice is Required. Penn Grove Retreat will not be held responsible 
for any accidents or injuries that occur while swimming or lounging in the 
pool area.)

***Failure to comply with the stated Rules of Conduct and Swimming Pool Area 
Rules will result in the forfeiture of Fees owed, or paid, and will require 
your groups vacating the Penn Grove Retreat Grounds and Facilities.***
