There is a non-refundable deposit of $ 100.00 to reserve the requested dates.   Final 
payment is to be made at the end of the Banquet.   Please return contract and deposit 
to Penn Grove Retreat to finalize dates.   

Operational Policy:

Penn Grove Retreat is not responsible for accidents or injuries, and reserves the 
right to prohibit any activities considered by the Camp Director or Advisory 
Committee to be dangerous, impractical or inconsistent with the Camp policy.   The 
Camp is a non-profit religious corporation and has the following rules of conduct:

No alcoholic beverages 
No dancingNo tobacco products 
No rock musicNo profanity 
No short attire & shirts must be worn.
No driving or parking in grass covered areas
